The refrigeration system located in the company building consists of nine shell-and-tube heat exchangers, which are used as condensers (condensers), and 15 cooling water pumps. Age-related corrosion led to damage and leaks in the condensers. The constructive and spatially confined conditions do not allow the condensers to be rehabilitated on site.
