The gas storage facility consists of a compressor and extraction station for the process processing of the natural gas and two salt caverns to be completed as natural gas storage facilities. The two storage caverns have a working gas volume of approx. 130 million Nm\u00b3 and are connected to the above-ground facility via two field pipelines. The connection to the gas pipeline will be made via a new high-pressure pipeline to be built to the Dutch gas transmission network of Gasunie Transport Services (GTS).
