The client, a leading provider in the exploration, production, and development of oil and gas resources, employed modern and innovative methods to contribute to sustainable and high-performance energy supply in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"217\" height=\"153\" src=\"https:\/\/pse-eng.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/qw.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15503\" style=\"width:700px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pse-eng.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/qw.png 217w, https:\/\/pse-eng.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/qw-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 217px) 100vw, 217px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the project, the construction of two state-of-the-art natural gas compressors for a gas lift station was successfully completed. The scope of work encompassed the entire project development process, including meticulous planning and engineering, procurement and packaging of required components, precise assembly, commissioning, and the final preparation of comprehensive project documentation.The compressors were designed as lubricated machines and equipped with an innovative suction valve unloading system to further optimize their performance. The use of variable-speed electric motors ensures highly precise flow rate control. These advanced technologies provide reliable and high-performance gas extraction, perfectly tailored to the specific requirements of the gas lift station.Through precise planning, innovative technologies, and exceptional execution, this project sets new standards in gas extraction and makes a significant contribution to enhancing the efficiency of regional energy supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE TECHNICAL DATA OF THE PLANT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>SUCTION PRESSURE: 4 barg <\/strong><br>The compressor operates at a suction pressure of 56 barg, which can be adjusted between 45 and 65 barg as needed to ensure optimal gas intake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DISCHARGE PRESSURE: 85 barg<span style=\"font-family: -webkit-standard; font-size: medium; font-weight: 400; white-space: normal;\"><\/span>:<\/strong><br>The discharge pressure can reach up to 206 barg, with a variable operating range of 80 to 206 barg, ensuring reliable gas extraction at high pressures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>VOLUMENSTROM:<\/strong><br>The compressor enables a high flow rate of 65,000 Nm\u00b3\/h, ensuring efficient and high-performance gas extraction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>POWER INPUT: 3,650 kW<span style=\"font-family: -webkit-standard; font-size: medium; font-weight: 400; white-space: normal;\"><\/span>:<\/strong><br>With a power input of 3,650 kW, the facility supports powerful and efficient gas compression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Das Projekt wurde in einer abgelegenen Region Westkasachstans in Chinarevskoe realisiert, einem Gebiet, das f\u00fcr seine reichen nat\u00fcrlichen Ressourcen und Erdgasvorkommen bekannt ist.
