The facility is located in a desert region near a large urban settlement, where access to clean drinking water is an essential resource for the local population.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"358\" height=\"172\" src=\"https:\/\/pse-eng.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fee.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15549\" style=\"width:700px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pse-eng.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fee.png 358w, https:\/\/pse-eng.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fee-300x144.png 300w, https:\/\/pse-eng.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fee-18x9.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 358px) 100vw, 358px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The water treatment plant was specifically designed for the treatment of river water and has a capacity of 150,000 m\u00b3 per day. A robust raw water pump station with a screening system and seven pumps ensures that the water supply is reliable and efficient. <br><br>In the treatment building, 20 upflow filters and 8 multi-layer filters were installed to ensure thorough water purification. Additionally, a chlorine electrolysis system was integrated for disinfection, along with a chemical dosing system. The facility is equipped with 8 blowers to provide flushing air and ensure proper chemical mixing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another key component of the project was the sludge treatment.
