LEAKAGE GAS COMPRESSOR – PROJECT IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC, DAMBORICE

For the project at the natural gas storage facility in a strategically located region in the south of the Czech Republic, we successfully implemented two state-of-the-art leakage gas compressors. The client is a renowned company specializing in the development and execution of complex process systems in the energy and gas industry. The scope of work covered all phases, from planning and engineering to procurement, packaging, assembly, commissioning, and final documentation of the facility.

The compressors were designed as three-stage, gas-tight systems that operate emission-free, meeting the highest environmental standards. They are powered by a variable-speed electric motor, enabling precise and efficient flow rate control. This innovative technology ensures optimized performance and reliable gas supply. This project highlights not only the high performance of the technology but also our ability to deliver complex solutions for natural gas infrastructure that are both innovative and sustainable.

THE TECHNICAL DATA OF THE PLANT

  • SUCTION PRESSURE: 4 barg
The flexible suction pressure range of 3.5 to 5 barg ensures reliable operation under varying input conditions, with an optimal nominal value of 4.5 barg.
  • DISCHARGE PRESSURE: 85 barg:
The discharge pressure range of up to 70 barg enables efficient gas compression for transport or storage and allows flexible operation between 55 and 70 barg.
  • FLOW RATE: 700 Nm³/h
With a flow rate of 1,200 Nm³/h, the facility efficiently compresses large volumes of gas, ensuring continuous and reliable supply even during high demand.
  • MOTOR POWER: 120 kW
The 160 kW electric motor provides the necessary power to operate the compressors efficiently under all operating conditions. The combination of high output and variable-speed control ensures maximum efficiency and flexibility.
