BIOGAS INJECTION COMPRESSOR – PROJECT IN GERMANY, NEUDORF

Our client, an established company in the field of gas transportation and distribution, specializing in the integration of renewable energies into existing infrastructures, commissioned the project to install two high-performance biogas compressor systems. The company is known for its expertise in the safe and efficient injection of biogas into the gas network, making a significant contribution to sustainable energy supply. The project is located in a rural region in southern Germany, known for its agricultural use and the growing importance of renewable energies. The geographical location allows for optimal integration of biogas into the existing supply network, as the region is well-equipped with infrastructure and abundant biogas resources.

As part of the project, two high-performance biogas compressor systems were installed for injection into the supply network. The scope of work included planning, engineering, procurement, packaging, assembly, commissioning, and documentation. The compressors were designed as lubricated machines in a soundproof building. Flow rate control is achieved through a combined speed and bypass control for high flexibility and efficiency.

The project significantly contributes to the further development of biogas utilization, enhances the efficiency of injection into the gas network, and supports sustainable energy supply in the region.
