We accompany your project from the initial idea to successful implementation. With design and implementation planning in all disciplines, we lay the foundation for a smooth process, while approval planning ensures that your project meets all official requirements
The basic and detail engineering includes the disciplines of process engineering, plant engineering, pipeline and mechanical engineering, structural and civil engineering as well as electrical, instrumentation and control (EI&C) as well as automation technology. With comprehensive support in front-end engineering design (FEED) and authority engineering, we lay a solid foundation for successful projects.
We create specifications and specifications to define the execution and optimize material procurement. Our technical and process design has calculations and dimensioning as well as advanced process simulations that enable implementation. Thanks to CAE/CAD planning and 3D modeling, you get a clear visualization of the final plant. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
In construction site management, we are your reliable partner throughout all phases of the construction process. With precise construction and assembly supervision, we ensure that all measures are executed exactly as planned and in compliance with the highest quality standards. Our experienced team of experts guarantees a professional and seamless execution of the entire construction and assembly process.
We take on the supervision of final construction and commissioning, ensuring a seamless transition from the construction phase to operational readiness. In doing so, we manage all critical processes – from the initial site inspection to the final commissioning – guaranteeing that projects are completed on time and without disruptions. Our team works closely with you and all involved experts to ensure that all requirements are met and operations can commence smoothly.
We handle the specialist construction management in civil and structural engineering, piping and plant construction, electrical engineering, as well as measurement, control, and regulation technology, ensuring your projects move forward successfully.
Additional services
Our additional services include EPCM/Turn-Key projects, where we handle the entire process from planning to commissioning. Furthermore, we act as planners and Owner’s Engineers for ECM projects, carrying out all planning services up to commissioning.
We also offer a wide range of additional services, including the optimization of compressor systems and online monitoring, plant and operational documentation, as well as operational management with staff training and instruction. We also handle the planning and supervision of plant shutdowns and overhauls, offering comprehensive after-sales services, including spare parts supply and maintenance work.

Your Responsibilities:
- On-site management of the construction site and coordination of subcontractors
- Direct point of contact for clients and contractual partners
- Monitoring timely completion, quality control, and approvals
- Organization and execution of construction site meetings and scheduling
- Comparing planned vs. actual construction progress and initiating corrective measures in case of deviations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety requirements, as well as organizing and documenting safety briefings
Your Profile:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable qualification

- Assistance in creating project-specific schedules using MS Project as well as investment cost estimates
- Responsible management of sub-trades within the projects from concept creation to handover. This includes meetings with customers and their suppliers, independent preparation of tenders, specifications and their approval, budget and schedule control, review of supplier and execution documentation (e.g. construction and execution plans, etc.), interface definition and coordination of interfaces with other trades and project participants, etc.
- Technical and economic tender evaluation, awarding and supervision of planning services and their acceptance
Your profile
